Prior to Galactic, he founded Aventus, helping to bring Web3 to household names including Vodafone, Heathrow Airport and Shell, among others. He completed his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Imperial College London.

Andrey has over 20 years’ experience leading product and software engineering efforts primarily in distributed systems and security applications spanning large multinational companies and startups in fintech blockchain and cloud industries. Ex-R3 and Oracle he is a graduate of Warwick University and holds an MBA and MSc software engineering degrees.

Ray is currently leading the partnerships initiatives of Galactic.
Previously, Ray also led the BD efforts of One Crypto Ventures taking the company from no revenue to 6 figures earnings in addition to securing highly valuable equity and token allocations in other companies.
Prior to these roles, Ray has achieved 7 figures in sales at Genesis Capital and Transnational Security Services. In addition Ray has secured equity investments, angel investors and token sales ranging from 3k to 150k from over 2 dozen investors .
Early in his career, Ray worked at the United Nations, the New York City Police Department and on Capitol Hill with a public affairs firm representing U.S Department of Defense contractors such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
As a public speaker, Ray delivered keynote presentations and speeches on Business, Crypto/ Digital Assets, Human Capital and Startups at Harvard University, Bybit DMCC 2023 event, The Capital Club in Dubai, The Madison Square Garden, the United Nations, Cornell University, Casa de Campo, Milan Crypto Expo, the University of Belgrade & the World Blockchain Summit 2023.
Raymond holds a master degree from the University of Manchester and a B.A. from John Jay College; City University of New York.

Louisa Murray is a seasoned financial markets expert and cryptocurrency specialist, bringing a wealth of experience from both institutional finance and the fintech start-up space. Her career spans high-profile roles, including Director and derivatives trader at Barclays, as well as founder and leader of multiple entrepreneurial ventures across diverse sectors.
Louisa joined Railsbank in 2017 as one of the company’s earliest employees. She established the sales function from the ground up, leading the development of the sales and customer success teams. As Vice President and Head of Sales, she played a pivotal role in building the company’s extensive customer base, laying the foundation for its ongoing success.
Before her tenure at Railsbank, Louisa led fintech ventures including Payrnet, an e-money platform, and Opus One Associates, a specialist recruitment consultancy for the fintech sector. She began her career at Barclays in 1994, where she was among the bank’s first female traders. In recognition of her contributions to the industry, Louisa was named to the ‘Rising Women in Crypto’ list in 2020 by Wirex and The Fintech Times.

Jordan Reed is a former professional football player best known for his dynamic career as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). After a standout collegiate tenure at the University of Florida, where he earned First-team All-SEC honors, Reed was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
During his time in the NFL, Reed earned Pro Bowl honors and set both franchise and league records, establishing himself as one of the most talented and versatile tight ends of his era. His combination of athleticism, intelligence, and work ethic made him a standout leader on and off the field.

Trent Williams

Trent Williams, born on July 19, 1988, is a professional American football offensive tackle currently playing for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL. Widely regarded as one of the best offensive tackles in history, he has been selected for eleven Pro Bowls and four All-Pro teams. Before turning professional, Williams played college football at the University of Oklahoma, earning All-American honors. He was then drafted fourth overall by the Washington Redskins in the 2010 NFL draft. In 2019, a dispute over his contract and the team's handling of a cancerous growth on his head caused Williams to sit out the entire season. Ultimately, this led to his trade to the 49ers in 2020.
